Does this guy deserves Death sentence?

Hi guys, some painful action happened here in my neighborhood where a 28years old man raped and defiled a 3years old child in both holes and flee away into a yet unknown hideout. And the baby is in ICU as I share this with you guys here. Until now no arrest of the culprit has been made yet even though people are looking for him everywhere. Should the man be sentence to death if he is found? Or should the mob kill him immediately when he is found? In your countries how do you deal with such acts?

Nah, the mob shouldn't kill him. Accidentally cut 'something' off is also nice. Just torture, then send him to the police. There is more than one way to kill a man after all.

@rakski the parents were actually at home and the child was roaming just around her parents home because this is a child who had just learnt how to walk

@rakski he actually ruined both the child and the parents life because the parents were tortured too psychologically and they are even confuse on what to do or say it's so sad.
