Life Experience: Expert at Refunds

Since this pandemic started 8 months ago........ seems like 8 years!
I have been having to get most of my groceries delivered to me from Walmart because they are the only store that will except EBT with delivery in Virginia since about mid May.
However when they run out of items and substitute them it gets kind of crazy because they substitute them for something not even like I am trying to purchase.
Or , to not their fault because they do not know my eating habits or medical situation I receive stuff I don't like or cannot eat.
Also they have changed the substitution methods as well. In a way it is for the good, because you can say if you want that as a substitute item or not
, but it comes in the form of an email rather than a notification on my phone so I don't hear my phone chime or ping!
So I have had to call so many times to get refunds for stuff I didn't want or ask for I have become a pro at it. And it takes a lot of time.
I wish I could get credit for life experiences for a job!

I'm sorry you are having so much trouble with your deliveries. I've always been good on the phone. I had many years in customer service as a result of this.

Actually nothing but hopefully Walmart can do better in providing the products or you can find other stores helpful
