Shopping Done For The Week

I get all the items that I needed. Thankfully I wrote down a list, or I might come back and lament on things that I forgot. Been there, done that. I want to pick some kaffir lime leaves (in Malay : daun limau purut), but it's quite hot outside. Make me feel lazy to do anything, let alone move too much. Looks like I would do it later in the evening. Besides I just need a few to keep in the freezer to be cooked at night. In case anyone never see the tree, it's like that. Just like any other trees. I don't know how high they might grow but mine is definitely twice taller than me. What's everyone doing right now?

@Cheyee mostly tomyam. Sometimes I would add to chicken soup or kerabu.

No, going to keep some in the freezer. Would be useful when I need to cook at night. I don't think I would want to venture into my backyard in the dark.

I haven't gone to the grocery yet. Maybe later when my daughter arrives. I spent my day with my hubby here in our house. We talk about a lot of things like our plans for the holiday.

@ARIES1973 At least you're able to meet now. We used Messenger last Eid. My siblings can't come back. It's the only way to see each other faces.

@prinzcy That would still be more than 4 weeks from now. But since I might not be able to come home again for several weeks, we need to plan this early. We are contemplating that he would just stay with us in our place or go to some resort there. During the start of the year, I was planning to travel during Christmas vacation but I think that won't be possible with this situation.

I did installed an app before. But then my phone keep running out of storage. So I 'sacrifice' the app by uninstalling it. That's how I resort to writing.
