At what age did you move from your parents into you own apartment?

I was 18 when I went off to college. I lived in the dorms for a year then moved into my own apartment during the first semester of my sophomore year. It was a month before I turned 20. I loved living on my own. I miss it sometimes, lol. I'm never alone anymore with 4 kids.

Yes but you have a beautiful family - that can not be compensated with anything in the world!

Yes they are beautiful but sometimes I just yearn for a moment's peace. I get maybe a couple of hours a day where it is quiet--if I am lucky and the baby goes to bed early. I have headaches every day from the noise which makes for a very unhappy mommy. I used to get about 20-30 minutes in the morning of quiet that I really enjoyed but now my kids have decided to get up at 6:30 (which is when I get up) instead of 7am.
