We are still on dates that we can plant bananas and cassava, the rains have spread due to several tropical waves so it is good to continue sowing, I already have blisters on my hands but it was well worth planting with my family ... Photos of some banana plants already with their fruits ... How was your Monday friends?

Glad to see your plants how many banana trees did you no plant today? The banana flower is best to make into a salad and one of my favorites.

The bananas are looking good. I love that banana flowers make into a salad with coconut milk as what @florelway mentioned.

@thelme55 oh yes just so good. I don't get to eat it as often because banana flowers are not readily available now unlike years ago.

I did not know that the banana flower could be eaten, I have never seen anyone do it. I would like to know how to make the salad.
