Watch Repair

Philippines

My Dad had sent a couple of watches for me over the years, but i don't use because it doesn't work. Until yesterday after paying our phone I went to the shop and had this watch repaired. It only needed some battery changes, the whole thing cost 5$, a bit pricy to me but it was worth it. Not into those Gshock watches, i think they're all the same as long as they're water proof.

Nice color. I like the orange touch. We sent my husband's watch to a store for repairing. The cost was around $ 10. One month later we came to pick it up, but they lost it. The bad thing was, we couldn't complain because my husband lost the receipt. The price of that watch was around $110, kind of expensive for us.

I could have brought a tablet or a smart phone with that amount @Cheyee

@Letranknight2015 I know. I saved money to buy it since I know my husband fell in love with that watch.

@Letranknight2015 When you open a watch, you run the risk of breaking that seal that makes it water proof. Just be careful with it.

five bucks really isn't bad for a new battery. But, when you're broke,It can feel like so much more.

That was exactly the reason why I don't have any watch to wear these days. I think I need to bring those watches to the repair shop to know what is the issue with them. Maybe the batteries also need to be replaced. I still prefer to have a watch rather using the mobile phone to know the time.

Good that it was fixed. Sometimes, we don't want to throw it away when we believe we can still use it.
