As I am to understand, they are going to implement Ranked-Choice Voting! This is an amazing step forward! I was born there and lived there from 2015-2018. I just might go back after this!!

It's possible in our country. The results of election come gradually and the results are trending and it's premature to declare the winner based on the rank unless it's the final and official tally results.
