It's been raining here since noon and I think the cold weather causes my nose to clogged. I drank warm water from time to time and took Cetirizine too because I sneeze occasionally.

@rsa101 Good that you do not experience it anymore. It's truly uncomfortable.

The weather here is not that nice either. But two moths ago I catched a cold (classic cold, not Covid cold ) and now I am ok, my nose is doing what it's supposed to do .

@Kasjnak I try to avoid but if I am destined to be infected, there's nothing I can do.

I don't want to catch Covid as well and I hope that the symptoms would not persist.

Yes cold humid weather tend to develop flue like symptoms. Better not to get yourself exposed to such weather.

It sounds like you have rhinitis. You can try to drink ginger tea.

Decongestants with Phenylpropanolamine is not advisable for me. I could take only a little amount of calamansi juice as it will trigger my hyper acidity.

I hate clogging nose mostly in sleeping time. It makes me uncomfortable. Why don't you use Vick's inhaler, that would help you.

I only have the vapor rub and maybe I can buy that later after the rain. Though I have a white flower embrocation and I think it's menthol effect have little wonder. That's the problem when your lying on bed because you can't breath properly.
