I don't think you need a doctor's note (the name on your prescription I would imagine would be just fine). Are you traveling alone? Hopefully you have someone with you that can support you. It can be stressful even if you don't mind flying. But I do have to say, I flew for the first time in like 9 months just last week and it was the smoothest, easiest trip through security (and I went through 4 different airports in total) - it was like no one was out there. Hopefully that goes for you as well. Remember to breathe, bring a book or some type of distraction for while you are up in the air.

I suggest you keep your medications in your hand luggage with their prescription. I think rolling your clothing makes them fit better in your luggage. You usually have to put liquids in a transparent plastic bag to show to the security. Be careful with the weight of your luggage. Heavy luggage is challenging to carry. Try to carry your luggage for a walk before you travel to make sure it is comfortable. I hope you have a wonderful trip.
