It's a sad day today in my community as my neighbor committed suicide on some yet unidentified reason
I was with him the whole of yesterday and now I can't stop thinking of him. What must I do in oder to erase his picture from my mind and eyes?

Many people who take their own lives cannot handle the stress of our current times of this virus and or money problems.

but there are some solutions one can look for instead of taking away his or her own life
