my mom once told me when i was 17 that i should do more exercise and workout to have a tall body and a good ideal of weight. when i was 17 i loved to eat at night and it made me gain weight easily. my mom told me when i turn 20 i would stop growing tall(upward). but i will be fatter or thinner.
have you heard about such things?

Yes I believe it. I have even shrunk one inch since I am older now. I hope you will not grow heavier.

Yes there's an age limit to growing height but when it comes to weight no limit lol.

Yes. I heard that but it depends on your body if you grow taller or not. There are people who really don`t grow taller as they want because it is their body`s maximum height.

Normally girls will grow taller faster around 12, if I can remember correctly and slow down when reaching 15 and stop around 18. Boys start a bit late and then rapid growth at 15-16 until they they're in the early 20s. It's in the science class but I don't remember much anymore. It's a long long time ago.
But I don't know whether exercise can make you grow taller. Never heard of that. I thought it's genetics.
