I'd had it...

...with this ridiculously hard to use camera. It has too many buttons, and it doesn't even take very good pictures (or at least, I can't figure out how to make it take good pictures).
I didn't want to, but I texted my brother's x-girfriend (who had given me the hard to use camera for my birthday) who said that if I decided I didn't like the camera she'd return it. I apologized when I texted her--I really appreciated her gift, I just told her I preferred the brand/type of camera I had.
Well seconds after I put the phone aside, she texted me back, saying "No worries, darling".
and asked me what kind of camera I had had, where I'd seen it online, and some details about it, which I gave her.
Now though, I'm afraid that she's going to go out and buy me another camera. Not that that wouldn't be nice of her, but she's generous to a fault.
Oh, well. I still have the packaging and the gift receipt for the camera she gave me....

The one I had worked just fine. It was a Fuji Film brand, the one she got me was Polaroid brand.

It's the thought that counts, right? She wants to make it up to you. At least she now knows what works for you.

Most of the ones I've used haven't been. I know it's "the thing to do" now, but I don't care to take photos with my phone.
