Hello @Nakitakona SHe did it better, who needs those Xmas lights, it could start a fire with that.

Been years that we don't put Christmas lights on our Christmas tree.

I haven't been to the mall since the quarantine began. I've been to a supermarket sometimes, that was it @pitsipeahie

@Letranknight2015 I know. Thanksgiving is primarily an American holiday. Typically, families gather once a year around a huge spread of food. Or couples like my husband and I, just enjoy a quiet day at home. Nothing wrong with either choice. While I know Thanksgiving isn't celebrated where you are, it's slowly starting to get forgotten here, too. For many years, stores have been opening their doors on Thanksgiving day (in the early evening) So, instead of families spending the day enjoying each other's company, they're camped out in parking lots hoping to be the first to hit the sale rack before Black Friday. It seems, Christmas (or rather spending money) Is more important than old-fashioned traditions.

@kaylachan Good thing black friday isn't popular here. Im not surprised prices of goods there are expensive.

@Letranknight2015 people use to put up Christmas decors right after Nov. 1. Malls would have Christmas carols playing as early as September.
