Tired and couldn't sleep

Yesterday afternoon till evening I was helping the colleague move some of his stuff from here while they do renovations on his apartment. I was tired but couldn't get a straight sleep. Just like the other day I slept late again for watching another netflix series. How are you doing in your side of the world? Have a nice day

I have problem with sleeping too, i doesn't feel comfortable with my eyes. when I close my eyes, it feels sore and its size is like bigger that pressing my eyelid. I think I got too much watching TV and using my phone.
