I’m in a bit of a reflective mood, on this my last day of being 42, so I’m listening to songs of my youth.
The song remembers when, reminds me of High school and college loves, the men I thought were the one in my youth, but time tells the real story....

I read that Kathy Mattea had originally recorded that song. I'm not a huge Trisha fan, but I do like "Walkaway Joe" (I guess because of Don Henley 
).

I believe you are right. I like a few of Trisha Yearwoods songs, but am a die hard Reba Fan
