I'm In Pain...Hu! Hu! Hu!

Well, I don't know why a part of my gum is swollen since yesterday. It seems I need to take anti-inflammatory drugs before my dental appointment on Monday next week. I also doing the home-remedy to rinse it with saline solution. The pain is bearable and hopefully, it will subside until tomorrow.
Any home-remedy tips that you can share?
