The Library Is Not Taking

I usually give my local library books to sell that I do not need. Because of the coronavirus, the library cannot take any books.
I ask people if they themselves would like these books, but people always give me an excuse.
My church has a box for food. Do you think my cookbooks would find a good home there? I would appreciate your opinion.
How about book gift baskets?
Any tips?
Thanks!

You could ask someone at the church. If you know someone who loves to cook they would love that as a gift.

The Salvation Army to too far to haul and I do not want them to have to drive clear here for books.

Salvation Army is too much of a distance to haul and I do not expect them to drive clear here for books.
