My girlfriend forced me to binge watch all seasons of Bachelor and Bachelorette. I decided to search the social medias of all the couples born out of the show and I notice a record.
Most couples in the Bachelor ends up on break up, divorce and are not together anymore. Longest lasting couple is the Bachelor dumping the winner after realizing he loves the runner up more.
Meanwhile Bachelorette have more successful couples. The season 1 winner is still with the woman.
For those who don't watch.
Bachelor is a contest for women where women will compete the love of one man. All of the women will date him and he will eliminate women until there is only one winner. So women pursue the man and the man chooses the final woman.
Bachelorette is a contest for men where they will compete for the love of one woman and she will eliminate guys every episode until only one guy left. Men pursue the woman and the woman chooses the final man.
Season 1 of Bachelor ends up in break up months later.
Season 1 of Bachelorette are still married until now their kids are like on their teens now.
On History of both shows Bachelorette have higher success rate when it comes to marriages.
there are 25 seasons of Bachelor and only 16 seasons of Bachelorette but 90% of couples from Bachelor fails. While Bachelorette have a very high success rate.
The most successful Bachelor is Sean Lowe, He was a Virgin when he did the show, He is the only bachelor who didn't have sex with contestants. He is still married to the winner who is now his wife.
The most successful Bachelorette is Trista, the very first Bachelorette. She and the winner of her season are still happily married. Their kids are teenagers now.
To the married people of Mylot, Did you choose your spouse or did your spouse choose you?

I think women are more successful than men on finding spouses on this show because men based everything on attraction.

@CaptAlbertWhisker You said it right. Most men are having a hard time with this matter.
