Tuna Salad

Getting late. I have not had dinner yet.
I have not had tuna salad in months. I think I have dinner figured out.
As for my recipe, I like to crush up corn chips with mayonnaise and salsa and stir. I may use a little lemon juice. Then, I have the tuna salad on a bed of lettuce. I got the recipe out of "Party Fare" by JoAnna M. Lund. I think I have mentioned this recipe in the past, but worth repeating. She calls the recipe Acapulco Tuna Salad.
Sorry for repeating myself sometimes. Often, good things stay in my mind.

I don't know if you mentioned it in the past, but for those thinking of using tuna in a recipe, your idea might just be what they are looking for.
