It's already the first day of Advent. I am still working hard on my Advent calendar and trying to get it done by 1 December, and I just realized Advent starts today this year.
I just knew about Advent these few years. I like to make some simple gifts and prepare some activities for my kids to introduce them the Advent. And stories to tell them too.
I didn't prepare the candles and wreath, but just drew a simple drawing in the chalkboard, and asked the kids to draw them on paper. We also copied a verse about the first light of Advent.
Do you celebrate Advent? How do you celebrate it?

@kaka135 That's a very wonderful drawing. Advent for Christians is the preparation and commemoration of the birth of Jesus .Not the typical feast but preparations are beautiful and meaningful. Its days before Christmas were Jesus was born.
