Uhm.. Hi? - From Carb Load to...

Hi there!
It's been a few days since I've been around the 'lot.
I had A LOT of food yesterday with Friendsgiving. Some of it was keto.. but some of the stuff I had just wasn't. It was all delicious, but now I'm bloated and this morning was not fun (my tummy rebelling against me).
I'm hoping the next few days will be nice so I can start walking, though I may do a bit of a liquid diet for a few days too... Just to balance things out.
I've got a lot of things I need to catch up on now that I'm back at home. Of course, I don't really feel like doing any of it...
Oh and I'm going to be a bridesmaid! How exciting! I'll be wearing a dress. I didn't wear a dress to my own wedding.

@RebeccasFarm I don't like dresses very much either. Didn't get married in one and probably won't get married in one if I do get married again.

Oh yes, I had an upset tummy yesterday and a guilty conscience today. I'm excited for them and I can't wit to be a bridesmaid. I've never been one. My best friend had her mom stand up with her for her first wedding, and the second was done at the court house.

I ate too much too and did it all again today with leftovers. SO GOOD! How exciting that you will be a bridesmaid. You should post a picture of you in the dress when you get it. KETO cheddar bay biscuits sound good. Have a great rest of your day. I just read about Vegas! Double excitement!

I think we all eat a little too much when it comes to the holiday season. Yes, I was so excited too. We may go to a local Mountain town that is so cute, but she's just trying to decide. I guess I need to start saving those pennies up so I can be ready when the time comes!
The biscuits were very good. A little on the softer side but delicous all the same. Really not that hard to make up either. It's just almond flour, baking powder, heavy cream, one egg, a cup and a half of cheddar.. All deliciousness. 3 net carbs per biscuit and the biscuits are a nice size too. Perfect to pair with pizza.
