Off Work and Egg Drop Soup

Despite me being sleepy and tired throughout the day, I managed to survive a day at work successfully. Even managed to complete a task that's been pending for week
Dinner is egg drop soup with shitake, crab stick and celery. I added a few drop of sesame oil and fried shallots as flavour. I think I added too much sesame oil for Lil Bro, but he didn't say anything so I'll pretend not to know as well
Anyway, I got so many posts to catch up. I'll see you guys in a bit.

Going to have breakfast and walk the dog and then do some chores while waiting for a phone call.

Basically it's battered egg pour into boiling chicken broth. You can add other ingredients if you want to.
