My Thanksgiving 2020 Weekend.

Hey there, everyone. It’s been a while, but I was taking a break. I’m sure I missed a bunch of notifications, but I’ll try to find them another time. For now, I want to go through my Thanksgiving weekend, but I’ll try not to write a novel per day lol. But it is a little lengthy.
Thanksgiving Day: I got up after a few hours of sleep and hopped online to finish up a writing order, while watching the parade, of course. My younger sister stopped by for a bit that morning since she was going to the nearby park to jog anyway. Several of us also walked to the store (Rite-Aid), so I bought two sodas, one for Mom and one for myself (Diet Coke for her, Dr. Pepper for me). It wasn’t really a Christmas shopping thing, btw, it was more of snacks or whatnot. I finished my Fiverr orders a short while after the parade, and then I conked out on the couch for several hours before waking up to eat dinner with the family. Later that evening, I watched The Muppet Christmas Carol and worked on some writing orders, since there wasn’t much else to do anyway (I didn’t feel like baking the cookies), and I’m glad I did those orders because ‘tis the season of needing money lol.
Black Friday: I actually didn’t go out on Black Friday, nor did I do any work (I was forcing myself to take a mini-break). I did, however, watch Mickey Mouse’s Twice Upon A Christmas and bake the Pillsbury ready-to-bake cookies. I also played with photo filters (I’ll attach a picture) and lounged before eventually conking out on the couch. I’m sorry I did because I missed most of the original Grinch cartoon, so I’ll have to see if it’s going to repeat.
Saturday: I went out with my best friend and the Little Guy. I finished picking up my stocking stuffers, unless I decide to get anything else. I also bought a pepperoni pizza and Dr. Pepper from Auntie Anne’s (pretzel place). It’s been a while since I’ve had Auntie Anne’s, so that made me happy. :) We were out nearly all day, and then they came over for a bit so the Little Guy and Little Miss (my 11yr old niece) could play together and with the kittens. I fell asleep once they left because I was exhausted after being out for most of the day.
Sunday: It was sort of a more laid back day. I put together my schedule for this week, since I didn’t get the chance to do so last Wednesday or Thursday. I also ran to the store with my brother-in-law and Little Miss before walking around the park with my best friend, the Little Guy and their dog. I didn’t do much else that evening, but that’s fine because I didn’t really want to since it was the last night of my mini-break.
And now… I’m going to work on a writing order I snatched off Textbroker while waiting for our pizza to get here. You all take care and have a good day/evening/night! :)

We didn't get involved in Black Friday either. Did it one time and that was enough for us!
It sounds like you had a relaxing weekend, which are the best kind.
