With Childlike Wonder

There are many moments that I simply love watching the skies, sometimes clear blue, but most often, filled with clouds: cumulus, stratus, cirrus, nimbus. The shapes are so fascinating. We used to play 'Can you see the dog?' Yet, I've always wondered if I'd see an angel. I hoped that if I look longer and deep with my heart, I'd see one. Hmmm. There are verses in Isaiah that speak of childlike wonder. "The wolf shall dwell with the lamb: and the leopard shall lie down with the kid: the calf and the lion, and the sheep shall abide together, and a little child shall lead them. The calf and the bear shall feed: their young ones shall rest together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp: and the weaned child shall thrust his hand into the den of the basilisk. They shall not hurt, nor shall they kill in all my holy mountain, for the earth is filled with the knowledge of the Lord, as the covering waters of the sea." Children readily believe this as written in their storybooks. In today's Gospel, from Luke, our Lord Jesus told the apostles that blessed were they because their eyes have seen what prophets and kings have desired to see. What about us? With a childlike wonder can we also see because our heavenly Father ' hast hidden these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them to little ones.' Have you seen....?

Goodmorning! Everyday for me is like a book a children's book with lots of stories to tell and moral lessons to be learned. God's creation is all fascinating to me to be honest. There are things and moments in life that needs no explanation because its beautiful as it is and we have to be like a child who accepts every beautiful things .Just believe and have faith.

You are a child filled with wonder. Yes, with faith, you've seen God's glory.
