Physical Appearance as their Top Emotional Need in terms of having relationship

I saw a comment in other group page of facebook that there are guys that their top emotional need is the physical appearance and their partner must be attractive all the time. You can't do anything about it but to maintain your weight, to be slim or else he will leave or leave him. I told her so that unfortunately there are broken relationships and marriages just because of that issue. I understand the demands or the preferences of each people and it is only normal to be appreciative and even admire the beauty but in my opinion I don't think this must be a total issue unless lust is your priority, then I don't think falling in love must be included there. Marriage is a big responsibility in all aspects even in emotions and some of the small issues. They maybe happy that their preferences about physical appearance accomplished but the responsibility beyond is at times questionable to the point it will be having failure already in relationship. Also I cannot see the sense of maturity here where in fact many people are bragging about themselves as if they are really matured.
