It's Been a Long time

I miss making 'siopao' (steamed buns). My favorite fillings is pork meatball though I love barbecue as well. It's been a long time that I haven't made it. If I want to eat, I just bought it outside. I hope I can still perfectly shape the bun if ever I chance up to make it.

I think the dough from Chowking appears dry for me but the filling is OK. Whay I like about their dough is it's smooth and white.

I need a steamer since the old one we have is no.longer useful. The steamer in rice cooker is very small.
