Although it's a very different and not popular option but I like it so this was my dinner today and I completely enjoyed it. Today it wasn't a good day because Indian cricket team lost the 3rd T20 match against Australia but now I'm hopeful for their good show in coming test matches. What are you having for your meal? How was your day?

It is norm to use Basmati in cooking rice there? The reason I'm asking this is because Basmati is quite pricey here. Not as pricey as Thai fragrance rice but still cost a bit from the usual white rice.

There are different types of rice varieties available here and actually since we produce here so they are not very pricey. I think we are using the ones which are around $2 a kg so not bad considering we don't eat rice daily.
