Puppies huge fight this morning

I hear them play fight from time to time. But I was shocked this morning that they started fighting until someone's forearm got hurt. I was able to stop it because it got worst. I already applied anti biotics and vitamins to the injured one. I had them isolated at the moment and bear their cries to be set free. I hope he recovers before the adoption. I'm thinking of having our female dog neutered, some people from mylot have seriously told me that in the past. Maybe it's time for her stop breeding, they are given free anyways.
