My dilemma is stress and it often affects me. I got so fed up with being so stressed out that I had to read a book. It turns out the book helped me immensely.
The wisdom I’ve learned from reading the book was asking the right questions and digging deeper into the problem. I asked myself - what, how, and why?
I’m a perfectionist and I worry a lot which makes my life difficult. And I’ve gotten used to being stressed.
Moreover, I came up with a solution to overcome stress. I can reduce stress by meditating, getting plenty of rest, having balanced nutrition, and taking it easy, and doing fun activities for my mind, body, and soul.

Our body tries its best to keep us alive even if we mistreat it with bad habits. It's very forgiving towards us and we should learn from that. Easier said than done, I'm also much of a perfectionist.
However, I have a high level of self-preservation and tend to flee from stressful situations whenever I can. From the outside, I may sometimes look lazy, but I'm just trying to take care of myself.
