I got a package of peppered thin slice beef jerky I'm keeping for an afternoon snack. I like garlic salt with my fries usually frozen to my toaster oven.

I also had French fries and hamburger but my colleague just ordered those from the fast food. We were out in the afternoon to meet with the prospective suppliers for the next week's activity.

@Janet357 I have medication I have to take for my cholesterol and cannot eat after I take it so can drink. I also exercise 3 times a day what I do and also do a workout online so I hope to not gain weight back that I worked very hard to take off. I do not snack anymore in between meals or after I finish my 2nd meal. I do not miss the snacks either.

French fries is so good to eat . I love it with sour onion powder or the barbeque flavor plus cold soda or softdrinks. What I had was tortilla chips dipped in caesar salad dressing . Weird but to me it tastes good .

I usually don't get afternoon snacks but if i do feel a little hungry, i'd probably get some Roti Canai (Malaysian flatbread dish) and a good teh tarik (pulled milk tea) to keep the tummy happy.
