Teeth discomfort while exercising

Today I was running and noticed that my bottom front teeth felt like they were vibrating or nearly moving. I did not feel any pain. As a result I stopped the run for a little bit, and the feeling went away. I decided to go again, and what I did was I tied my shoes tighter and kept my mouth closed when I ran. I breathed out of my nose. Also, I kept my upper row of teeth away from my bottom row of teeth. I also tried to make sure what I was running on was softer. The issue went away. Have you ever had teeth discomfort while exercising?

Sometimes, but usually, when I do, it's a result of something else. Glad you resolved the problem and were able to finish your run.

No, I only have such problem if I drink soda or not cleaning my teeth propely. Perhaps a visit to the dentist can help?
