After a long time of not being able to do my regular walking, this is now the top of it all level number of steps that I was able to do for this year I think. It helps that I wo all that walking because I went to the mall this afternoon to buy some gifts and stuff. And four hours after, tada! 15,213 steps! And my feet are all tired and achy when I sit down. I never once sit down and when I got home, I felt all the tiredness and achiness of it all. I'm sorry feet. Now my feet and my achy body is feeling much better but still tired so I am going to hit the bed and sleep. See you later! Have a good Saturday!

For months, I haven't reached 10,000 steps.. My average now is only 3,000 steps a day...

Shopping is a good way to exercise . That is a lot of steps - you and your feet deserve the rest now. Have a good weekend!

@rakski I am not even sure if our malls are open . . . it may only be at 25% capacity - not sure. I haven't been there since earlier in the year. Right - best not to stay there too long. That being said, it was always a good place to walk.

I can relate to that achy feet. The last time I went to the mall with my friends, we walked for 6 hours, straight. I needed 2 days to feel better about that walking.
