My brother showed up with my youngest nephew not long after my previous post.
Before my brother showed up, a lady from church came by with an electric blanket for me, and a gift for Angel. That's two gifts for Angel and a few for me.
My brother and I went to his house, and there were numerous presents left behind his truck in the driveway, as well as a trail of candy going from the truck to the front door, which my nephews and I picked up.
We had a dinner of ribs, a salad, and a rice casserole (which I think my brother's x-gf left along with the candy and presents).
After dinner my brother let my nephews each open a present, and I opened one, too. The one I opened was from my brother's x-gf, and contained several goodies.
At about seven thirty, my brother brought me home. I brought the gifts from my brother (I could tell they were from him by his familiar "lefty" handwriting on the card envelope) to open tomorrow.
Tomorrow it will be just me and Angel--but that's okay. It's 10:31 now by my computer clock, and I probably won't get to bed until at least 11:00, so I may be groggy tomorrow morning.
I hope that you all have had a good Christmas Eve Day, and that your Christmas Day is wonderful.
(sorry the photos turned out so crummy).
