oh i'm so addicted to instant noodles back in grade school and high school. i know that these are not healthy so i stopped eating them when i entered college, that was the time when i was dieting. now i like eating noodles again but i reduced my intake now. i only get to eat instant noodles every few months.

NO I don't really eat instant noodles. It's good alright. But it can't be an everyday thing for me. I like to have something different on a daily basis. Or which my breakfast or meal around. I rarely buy them. I'm not much of an microwave person.
