why do girls never answer there phone.

ok so u hang out with a girl and everything is peachy. u go home and b4 u leave she says ill call u l8r then she doenst then u call her and she doesnt pick up, never picks up the damn phone. then u see her around town and she acts like nothin ever happend wtf.
