The bubbly is flowing freely and it’s time to party!!!!!!!!
Old folks style, that is.
My “bubbly” is caffeine-free Diet Pepsi. The first-rate cuisine consists of chicken soup and pretzels.
And will ya look at that party!?!?!?!?
Yep, that’s how we old folks do it. I’m watching the Earth Cam live feed of the French Quarter in New Orleans.
You kids just wish you could keep up with this kind of wild living, don’t you!

We watch the live feeds from the Florida Keys just about every day. We tuned it at 11:45 expecting to see a bunch of drunk revelers....The two main bars were shut up tight. I think they must have a 10 pm curfew in effect. :-(

Bourbon Street was a major letdown, too. I’ve been in the French Quarter on New Year’s Eve, and it wasn’t anything like last night.
It was also a little disheartening to see cops walking around without masks on.....

@LindaOHio — I don’t wear a mask outdoors when I’m not around people. But you’ve seen Bourbon Street, and how crowded it can be, so I’d have a mask on there.

Hah, I will join you later, right now doing video games. My team blowing it, but not worried, we 57 and 19 and that is just unheard of in baseball. I could bat 1000 80 home run with a million stolen bases and team best record is 20 games over 500.

You wild thing, you. We just celebrated with veggie straws, gluten-free pretzels, and celery sticks with ranch dip. Caffeine free Pepsi. It's only 9:30 pm and I don't think we're gonna make it to midnight. Woo hoo.
