Took It Easy Today

I’m still quite sore so I pretty much took it easy today, went to the store behind myself to get a couple of things, and cooked Spaghetti for dinner, but other than that, I just took it easy. I’ve done a little writing, and vacuumed a never ending job where I live lol, but mostly just relaxing!
I’ll try to get more words written. But I’m not pushing myself today.

I have a neuromuscular disorder when the weather changes I usually end up with a flair!
