Today’s Daily Blogging Challenge: “How do you deal with anger?” It depends on why I’m angry or what my mood was already like beforehand. I may talk to someone, vent it out, drown out the world with headphones and/or try to sleep it off. Unfortunately, I can get irritable and have a bit of a temper at times, but that’s when I eventually drown out the world with headphones and/or work or sleep. How do YOU deal with anger? I pray about it because I hate being angry. Unfortunately, sometimes I stew before I think to pray. I should know better by now.

Venting is good. It relieves the tension. I'll vent, or get into a book. Though working on a book when I'm angry isn't the best option. It often requires a complete makeover.

Definitely, and you can always vent to me if need be. That's true. It's harder to focus when you're angry.
