I hate the term Human resources

From start I strongly believe that humans are not resource. You can not put price tag on every employee you have. Every human is unique and we need to identify their strength. Instead of HR department shoul be known as People department which will focus on development of each and every member. However, my thoughts ideas always get rejected by the organisation as they are more focused on earning money.
