Does it really feel like a New Year in this Covid Times?

Hi guys,
I can't believe we have surpassed the year 2020 and have entered 2021. The last year had been challenging for almost everyone and people dealt with it in their own ways.
People started realising the value of freedom, of people working for them and about the value of little things which we generally took for granted. Many people lost their lives, jobs and loved ones during this pandemic. Some fortunate people use to work from home and are still working.
I too dealt with it along with my family in my own way and still are dealing with it. In the start of lockdown we all became very frustrated but have gradually adapted to this "new normal" way of life. In India where I live there is no lockdown anymore but there is night curfew. Many countries are still under lockdown like US, UK etc.
We cant go out of our houses without masks, gloves and sanitizer bottle. The vaccine has been made and will be circulated gradually still noone has any idea when this pandemic will vanish from the face of the earth.
I still believe positively that we need to be brave and we shall surpass these trying dark times eventually. Happy New Year to Everyone! Let's just hope and pray that we come out of this situation as soon as possible. We can also make a wish to God for the well being of frontline workers and their families who have and still are contributing tirelessly to the society by keeping their lives in danger every single day.
Do share your thoughts and experiences with me on this topic.

Hi, Good to see you after a long time here. I did not come across you in a long time. Maybe I missed it.
Happy and healthy 2021 to you and your family.
We all are staying hopeful and sticking to our faith. This tough crisis shall pass and we all hope for a better 2021.
