De-Stressing

My New Year's resolution is a bit different than my usual. Instead of losing weight or looking for a man, I need to de-stress. Stress causes over-production of the stress hormone called cortisol, which goes straight to the belly causing the most dangerous fat, belly fat. I do not make alot of money. I am no longer pretty. I am ugly. I miss my loved ones. I want to go after a Master's but probably cannot afford. Only the beginning... I am being honest. So, I am going to focus on different exercises that I have never done before. I give up on Leslie Sansone, Judy Vedral and Richard Simmons. I found someone on YouTube who is awesome! I am still not finished downloading books, but thought about and said to myself that I do not need the stress. The books are not going to run away. I have changed my mind and am going to spend the rest of the day on myLot. You are stuck with me! Hold on! I need a mocha! photo by pixabay

I don't make resolutions any more. But de-stressing is a great one!

I hope you will make it. I need to de-stress myself and the first thing I did was a 4-day vacation completely alone. Long walks in the woods, long baths, little electronics and I am better now.

I do a quick little 10 minute youtube workout on my lunch time every day. It just helps burn off the food that I eat and little else.
