Good morning from this side of the mylot world. It's 11:20 AM and I am just done with all the school classes that I had for the day. I have been online since 7:30 in the morning. Now here I am enjoying a hot cup of coffee and writing this post. I had a relaxing afternoon and evening yesterday. And so I pushed a lot of things for that day. And now I have a lot to do in this afternoon. So to start with I washed and cleaned the ginger and turmeric that I harvested yesterday. Now I have kept them for drying. You can see the ginger in the picture. I will keep some of the ginger and turmeric in fridge to be used for ginger tea and golden milk( milk boiled with fresh turmeric). And I will use the rest to make some pickle tomorrow. Now my lunch is on stove and I am taking care of it along with mylotting. And then I will be in garden doing the work that I could not finish yesterday. . It's pleasant breeze and sun and clouds are playing hide and seek. But we see no rain coming. So it's an ideal day to be in garden.Have kept some roots cut of onions and garlic pods from my kitchen and I am going to put them in pot. So a lot to be done. And if all these leave me with some energy, I will tackle the two loads of ironing. But that would be in evening after dinner. Have a good time Will head over to reading your discussions now.

Today day is sunny and I am watching cricket match when I am writing reply. I want to spend some time in sun light, for it I am waiting for my daughter. She went to outside for some work. In these days our routine is some differ. My father-in-law expired on 8th Jan. So my wife is on leave and she is going everyday to her father house. Fresh turmeric also use to make vegetable, Once I tired but it was too much bitter.

Sorry to hear about your father in law. May his soul rest in peace. It's good to get sunlight. I got some while I was in garden but it was mostly cloudy and breezy I have never tried vegetable with fresh turmeric. I bet it must be bitter. But definitely very good for health.

Your ginger looks so fresh and healthy looking. I don’t envy you ironing two loads after dinner. Where do you get your energy?

These gingers are really good quality. This time I have planted more as the first attempt showed promising results. I would say my yoga and more than that my breathing and meditation helps me stay active for a long day. I am lethargic on the days I miss it. My husband feels that I have some sort of hyperactivity disorder

This is my second produce with turmeric. I don't make it powder. Use for face packs and golden milk. And yes some I add with these gingers for pickle. I will do it tomorrow. Today I put some more pots with ginger, garlic and onion.

Fresh ginger. That will be very good in tea! I also have a ton to do and am only getting a few things done everyday.

Good that you are going slow and doing a bit every day. It is better to do it this way. Well. our tea is not complete without fresh ginger in it. And these ones are really making the tea extra fresh. They are quite juicy. I have planted a few more pots but it's a long wait for the next produce.
