My Itchy Throat Kept Me Up All Night

Hello myLotters! I no longer have a fever. I guess I got rid of my sticky phlegm as well. However, In the past two nights, my throat has been unbearably itchy again. Drinking hot water seems to relieve the discomfort but only for a few moments. I ended up with two almost sleepless nights. *sigh* Occasionally, I would cough out a little amount of clear phlegm. From what my doctor explained, if it's clear (or whitish) phlegm, then it's an indication of allergies. Probably caused by this crazy weather or something... Hopefully, an anti-histamine would help me sleep well tonight...
