Hi guys, Hope you all are doing well. I didn't post any discussion yesterday as was attending my dad's funeral. Day before yesterday at night he passed away between 2am-4am due to cardiac arrest I guess. My dad had several problems like that of heart, kidney problem and mental health problem i.e. Alzheimer and Dementia. His Hallucinations had increased over the few days. His dosage was also increased so that he doesn't go into dilirium where person isn't conscious and keeps blabbering old stuff. My dad was a fighter as his psychriatist had said his case was rare as he didn't saw anybody recovering from dilirium. My dad was a very nice person, always helping people and doing much social work. He use to take care of his health as use to go on walks daily every evening. He was working in bank and took voluntary retirement after which his health started getting deteriorated as got heart attack in 2015. At that time and another time his heart doctor had told us to tell your relatives to come as he doesn't have much time. Due to his sheer will power, strength, positive attitude and with family care plus support he was able to fight till now. I hope his soul rest in peace now as the last few days were very difficult for us and him, especially him because he use to suffer. In times like this we realise that life is so unpredictable as we hadn't thought he would leave us because the other day we were going to admit him in the hospital. We as a family are trying to deal with his loss with positive and good old memories still need your people's thoughts if you have any experience to how to deal with the loss of your dear ones. Help will be appreciated.

I offer you my condolences. After your entry, I think that your dad was a great man and that you have to remember him. When I lost a person close to me, I tried not to get bogged down in bad thoughts. I remembered a lot, but also walked, because it always gives me a lot of strength. Maybe take the same route your dad liked to walk. You will feel him next to you.

My sincere condolence. Still fresh and so it would be so hard for you to forget all the memories of gatherings in the past together with your father. All of us are given time, and how our lives will be taken good or bad both leave pain in our heart. Only time as it passes everyday will continuously heal you, you will then forget the loss and the pain leaving only the memory of him which stays for as long as you live, his presence will always be around.

My deepest condolence to you. It is not easy to handle the situation. I know, but remember your dad need your prayers at this point of time. The sorrow won't help it. I heard it like that so please be strong and stand behind him strongly. My prayers and love to you for getting enough courage.
