Do you prefer vegetarian food or nonveg??

Hi guys, As you all know that I am a parsi by religion. In our religion we eat nonveg since birth. In many households there is daily and huge consumption of nonveg stuff like eggs, chicken, mutton, fish, prawns etc. At our home right from the beginning we use to eat nonveg food occasionally once or twice a week. I personally use to enjoy eating fish. It's been a long time since we all have started having more vegetarian food as it's full of nutrients and its light for digestion. I and we as a family eat nonveg food very occassionally now. We enjoy having vegetarian food. Kindly let me know your food preferences.

We prefer vegetarian food usually. Non veg prepare once or twice in a month.
