Advantage of Brand New Car compare to Second Hand Car

We are dreaming to have a car someday because we believe that can be necessity for the family use especially if you need to go in some place when it is important and more so it can be also for leisure or going to have vacation.
It came to our mind that we can buy the second hand car someday but I have this worry in a sense that yes because it is cheaper price but then you will also spend for the maintenance which is also pricey so it is like you are buying the brand new too. So why not save more money for the brand new even if it will take much so long?
My concern is we can buy brand new but not the luxury one and of course the low maintenance or at least the cheap price that can also save gas. As long as it is brand new I have nothing to worry.
Do I make sense here?

Yes, you do. New or used, there are pros and cons to both. What you need to look at, is not just price, but how you'll be using the car. Many cars will last you a very long time if you're careful and don't over do it. If you're someone who's putting a lot of miles on the car daily, then new might be worth the sticker price. You can also get a lot of great deals, if you shop clearance sales, too. End-of-the year sales are good as well, because you typically get a brand new car at the price of used, because dealers need to make room for next years models.

Thank you so much for the tip and this will must be pointed out to my partner as well. I would rather save more even how long it can be as long as it is not used car.

For the convenient sake it is better to have car especially if you often go out.
