Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. In winter season, there is one item available which I like a lot to eat. It's name is singoda in gujarati language. In English it's called water chestnut. It's hard in texture but is very yummy. It's very good for back. It's available in Surat from November till January end. In my family everyone likes to eat it. It actually grows in mud. It's steamed and after removing it's shell, it's being eaten.
