Exhausted

I think I'm not in my best form for today's skipping rope. I felt exhausted upon reaching 100 jumps half only to the daily target. Not planning to continue it after taking a seat for a while. I missed it yesterday so probably the reason I fall short for today's target.

I will try to reach 200 but won't push through if I can't. Slowly maybe. It's not good to overdo what the body can't on time. Thanks.

Wow, that was one of my New Year's resolutions. I want to be able to jump rope for about thirty minutes a day. I will probably start off with fifteen minutes. I will probably start next month considering I have not even purchased the jump rope yet. It is good exercise and gets the blood pumping.

100 is great, if you can do other exercises you will feel great. Sometimes skipping feels like running
