I'm Not Holding My Breath

Little Miss is supposed to come over this weekend but knowing how her Mother gets I'm not holding my breath, like yesterday when her Mom was Jill to take her home when Jill has her own things to do, and then I find out her Mom has been taking her down to my older nieces who lives over an hour away, but she didn't want to take the ten minute ride to pick her up.
Honestly I'm surprised that my older niece is having people over with a daughter who was born with pretty serious medical problems and with Covid going around but honestly I haven't talked to her in over a year and a half, but that doesn't mean I don't care about her, despite everything she's said and done, someday she'll come to realize, I truly believe that!
Anyway it's Little Misses Mom who doesn't make sense lol, traveling over an hour away, but not wanting to take a ten minute trip, she ended up having to pick her up yesterday anyway.

She stayed the night but went home this afternoon, I asked her to have her Mom bring her back by to get the stuff I bought for her, but she didn’t unfortunately

Who knows what her mom is thinking but I think it would be better is Little Miss spent the weekend with you

She brought her over yesterday and the day before but she'll go weeks or months without doing so. We just take the time we can get with her.
