TIPPY TOE, LOUISIANA!!!!!!
Like me, JJ is a fan of the song “Amos Moses” by the late, great Jerry Reed.
And, like me, he thought the line in the chorus that says, “About 45 minutes southeast of Thibodaux, Louisiana” was saying, “About 45 minutes southeast of Tippy Toe, Louisiana.”
And I’m figuring we aren’t the only two who heard that song that way.
So, while in Louisiana, I made a little detour off US Highway 90 to the town of Thibodaux.
Now all I need to do is drive about 45 minutes southeast and find Duck Bill Sam....
